4月1日，中国仪器仪表行业协会第六届会员代表大会在浙江杭州顺利举行，安徽天康集团常务副总经理毛文章应邀出席了此次会议。华立集团股份有限公司董事局主席汪力成，中国四联仪器仪表集团有限公司董事长向晓波当选第六届理事会轮值理事长，李跃光当选专职副理事长。
    中国仪器仪表行业协会第六届会员代表大会得到了中国机械工业联合会审核批准，国务院国资委行业办武爱河主任、中国机械工业联合会赵驰会长、中国环保产业协会于越峰副会长、装备工业司韩行处长等其他重要领导出席会议。会议由第六届会员代表大会、第六届一次理事会、全体代表大会三部分组成，分别由向晓波、汪力成、李跃光主持。
    此次会议就行业发展状况进行了详细分析，审议通过了第五届理事会工作报告，并选举产生了第六届理事会的组成人员及领导成员。讨论通过协会新章程、分支机构管理办法、会费标准及管理办法等议案，研究、确定协会2011年主要工作计划。
    安徽天康集团作为上届理事会常务理事单位，在协会主管单位国资委、代管单位中国机械工业联合会的指导和帮助下，安徽天康集团在自身建设规范运作和服务领域的开辟上取得了斐然的成绩，在服务能力和行业影响力迈上了新的台阶。此次顺利当选第六届理事会常务理事单位，安徽天康集团将以推动行业健康发展为中心进一步强化协会的服务意思和发展意识，全面提升服务能力，加快发展步伐，进行服务工作创新的尝试和探索，更好地发挥桥梁纽带作用，加强协会各成员和行业组织的联系交流，为促进行业发展做出积极贡献
